      It is a widely known that when civilian workers try to have their wages they are more like torturing themselves with indignity. However, this year the problem is much more different for a group of Sichuan workers in Wuxi. Actually they did received their salaries, but all the notes are odd money. The 100,000RMB are paid in near 110,000 notes.

      It is a great inconvenience for them to carry those broken money in pocket to take train. Thus, none of them would accept the deal. Having no way out, they turned to banks for help. However, banks are too busy to count those 110,000 notes.

      The embarassment of the civilian workers is as helpless as:

       Resently, the media are busy arguing whether the government should take such a tender care about how steamed buns should be made. It is said that even the size and shape should  strictly follow the instruction of the newly passed regulation.

      Well, does that make sense? Is it really necessary for the government to make regulations like that just to regulate trivils like this? More likely, there are quite a lot of other events are waiting for governmental taking care, such as poverty in certain areas, corruption and basic construction in cities. How come the government pays so meaningless attention to the indeed nonesense. It’s hard for me to understand. If things are to develope like this, should we one day be likely to wear a certain kind of cloth, eat the same thing and sleep and wake up at a specific minute, only because its the government’s regulation? Then that’ll be funny and boring to death.

     Resently, De Qin District, Yun Nan Province, suffers a lot from wild snowfall. Up unti today afternoon, the traffic blockade has not been cleared up yet. Meanwhile, several tourists were found trapped in scenic pots. That adds up the total number of trapped tourists to be over 100.

    From Nov. 14^th to 16^th, the De Qin District experienced a heavy and long lasting snowy weather. The accumulation has reached up to over 40 centimetres. The wild snow brings the district break off of electricity, cable signal and communication with outside. No. 214 National Highway was blocked from the thick accumulation. Almost all the connection the district owns are cut off.

     Beside the over 100 trapped tourists in account, there are still some tourist out of expectation, because there are some remote seneries around the county town. Luckily, they are secured of accommodation and personal safety.

            It is reported that, the National Highway won’t be cleared before several days of sweeping. What’s worse, because of lack of petrol supply, some machines cannot work at all. Many of the snow-sweeping and road-repairing work are depending on manual work.

     Nov. 9 is the tenth anniversary of the Carrefour super mall.  To celebrate the big day, the mall brought out series of sales-offs. On the second day of its celebration, people flooded into the shopping mall. The whole market was overly clogged. And the situation went bad enough as to lead to injuries.

        On Nov. 10, people hearing about the sales gathered toward the Carrefour Mall of Shapinba district, early in the morning, waiting for its opening. Around 8:00 A.M, the long-waiting crowd rushed into the mall as the door opened. During the pushes and rush, several people got hurt.      In the sales promotion, the rap oil, which is about 57 yuan usually, was sold at a surprisingly low price– only 39.9 yuan. People formed a long queue before the mall opend. Moreover, the mall was opend 5 minutes before its regular opening time because of the impulse of the crazy comsumers.        Tragically, the sales promotion led to 3 death and 31 injured, with 24 still in hospital till now.
