On Protecting Forests
Is it necessary to protect forest? Definitely, the answer is YES, because forests are the basis for all lives. What will be a world like without forests? Firstly, the entire land surface will be exposed under the sun, ground will be burning and people may get sun burnt. What’s more, most of the water on land cannot be held. They may flow into seas or rise up into the sky in the form of steam. In that case, the whole world will suffer from drought. Even worse, animals can’t find food to eat and the starvation will finally come to human beings.
From those terrible images, we can see no one can survive without forest. Actually it’s nonsense for me to reason why we should protect forests. Nearly every body knows the importance. But there are still some ones destroying forest deliberately for money. Always, the sceneries are terrible.
What do we need to do? To protect the forests, or to prevent human beings? Maybe it’s wiser to say that they are just the same thing. I think we really need to think over this matter. There are ones who always complain about bad inviroment but they themselves are polluters at the same time.
