The Rocket Is Heading Towards the Moon
At 18:05 tonight, China launched the Chang’e NO.1 satellite into sky. Millions Chinese people were sitting in front of televisions, watching, worrying, and cheering with the progress. I am among the numbers.

The countdown was overwhelmingly exciting. When the rocket left the ground, people in dorms, canteens, and anywhere the broadcast could be heard on campus, all burst into cheer and applause. At that moment, I could feel the strong patriotism we have in common. The nationalism is so touchable that it felt like we were a big family.

The rocket is now operating successfully. It is said there hasn’t been any country succeeding the launch-to-moon project in a one-off experiment. Then, it is China’s time! And I believe, the Chinese will prove to the whole world that China is the country full of miracles~!
